Responsibilities
Provide high quality customer service by ensuring fulfilment, promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving or escalating complaints, and providing ongoing support to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with sales representatives and warehouse teams to align on customer needs.
Use commercial tools and systems for routine/administrative tasks independently such as entering customer data.
Ensure the quality of the data and troubleshoot issues when needed to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
Proactively ensures own understanding of product features and benefits.
Requirements
Experience in B2B customer service, ideally in plastics or related industrial sectors. Basic knowledge of material properties (plastics, additives, compounding...).
You enjoy communicating in English and Spanish, and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, both nationally and internationally.
Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. You identify challenges early and address them pragmatically and empathetically, whether within your team or advising employees and managers.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, with a structured approach to managing customer interactions, order tracking, and administrative tasks.
