About the role

  • Account Executive supporting tradespeople through different phases of the customer lifecycle at Rated People. Ensuring tradesperson success and promoting platform value.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of tradespeople
  • Handle inbound queries and issues efficiently
  • Proactively identify risks to account retention
  • Monitor account engagement metrics
  • Stay closely connected with accounts through proactive outreach
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes
