About the role

  • Account Director leading B2B and corporate accounts at HUNTER, an award-winning PR agency. Responsible for developing strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring exceptional programme delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and activities that build corporate reputation and support commercial objectives, overseeing their execution and quality control of client programmes.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timelines are adhered to and KPIs are met.
  • Lead communication efforts, ensuring junior team members are clear on tasks and deadlines.
  • Write strategic proposals and be accountable for high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day account management to high standards, ensuring realistic budget management.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in PR / communications with a strong focus on B2B and /or corporate communication
  • Proven track record leading programmes for brands or organisations targeting business decision makers or specialist stakeholders.
  • Confident working with business, national and trade media, and developing thought leadership, executive profiling and content programmes.
  • Experience providing senior counsel to clients and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
