About the role
- Full-cycle recruiter managing end-to-end hiring processes for Ramp's Customer Experience. Drive talent acquisitions and process improvements within a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process end-to-end for a variety of roles and functions
- Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders
- Establish yourself as a strategic partner to the business with the ability to advise and execute our talent strategy
- Provide an unmatched candidate experience that is fair, transparent, and timely
Requirements
- Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment
