Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day office activities

  • Handle UPS, FedEx, and DHL parcels
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Manage associate timecards and badge reports
  • Create and maintain vendor badges and access
