Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation als Business Coach und/oder zertifizierter Mediator.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Labour Relations bzw. Team Member Relations.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Personalführung und Management.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Ausgeprägte strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Entscheidungsstärke.
- Empathische, inklusive und kommunikationsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten in sensiblen Situationen.
- Hohe Agilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zur Gestaltung eines positiven, gesetzeskonformen Arbeitsumfelds.
