HR Services Administrator responsible for analyzing complex HR transactions at QVC Group. Joining a hybrid work model with a focus on process improvement and technology utilization.
Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing and processing high volumes of complex transactions in HR System.
Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes.
Acts as a main point of contact for employee lifecycle processes and supports their transition into the rest of the team
Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of SOPs policies and maintains them
Provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement
Provides direction and education on workforce admin processes.
Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system
Share knowledge and ideas to support continued growth and process improvement for the workforce admin team
Conduct audits of Workday HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues
Requirements
Ability to speak fluent English (at least B2)
Has Workday (or other HRIS) experience - preferably 2 years
Has experience in Case Management systems like ServiceNow and tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes
Advocates for the change and promotes continuous improvement ideas within the team
Has analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
Has excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
Works independently and as a team member.
