About the role

  • HR Services Administrator responsible for analyzing complex HR transactions at QVC Group. Joining a hybrid work model with a focus on process improvement and technology utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing and processing high volumes of complex transactions in HR System.
  • Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes.
  • Acts as a main point of contact for employee lifecycle processes and supports their transition into the rest of the team
  • Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of SOPs policies and maintains them
  • Provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement
  • Provides direction and education on workforce admin processes.
  • Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system
  • Share knowledge and ideas to support continued growth and process improvement for the workforce admin team
  • Conduct audits of Workday HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues

Requirements

  • Ability to speak fluent English (at least B2)
  • Has Workday (or other HRIS) experience - preferably 2 years
  • Has experience in Case Management systems like ServiceNow and tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes
  • Advocates for the change and promotes continuous improvement ideas within the team
  • Has analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
  • Has excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
  • Works independently and as a team member.
