About the role

  • HR Digital Support Coordinator managing HR system queries at Essity in Gothenburg. Collaborating with international HR teams and enhancing digital services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve tickets in our HRIS system promptly and accurately
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for service enhancements
  • Collect, share, and transfer knowledge to strengthen internal expertise
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and HR teams
  • Work closely with different organizational units to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of HR digital services and processes

Requirements

  • Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Experience in ticketing systems, HR administration or service sector roles
  • Preferable familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Swedish, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, French, German, or Italian are a plus.
