Responsibilities
Manage the customer order cycle, ensuring updates, accuracy and smooth flow of the order portfolio.
Proactive communication with Sales, Logistics, Credit, Planning and other departments.
Develop relationships with customers to raise the level of service.
Participate in and lead weekly meetings with Sales and Supply.
Monitor KPIs such as Fill Rate, OTD, OCT and stockouts.
Identify deviations and support the definition of corrective actions.
Support process analyses and propose continuous improvements.
Support the creation of dashboards and KPI reports (Power BI / Excel).
Participate in projects related to Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Chain.
Monitor reverse flow (cancellations, returns and re-deliveries).
Ensure adherence to OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
Experience managing an order portfolio and servicing customers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Logistics.
Experience managing order portfolios and servicing customers such as Atacadão, Assaí, Americanas, Carrefour.
Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
Advanced Excel.
