Responsibilities
Responsible for onboarding new customers‘ full IP portfolio.
Reboarding existing customers prior to using the Connect interface or after migrating to a new IPMS.
Provides support to other operational teams by updating data in the PAVIS database.
Validates new customer data accurately and thoroughly.
Converts incoming data to the standard format of the PAVIS system.
Actively supports new customers during the migration process.
Implements or initiates software adjustments, tool enhancements, or interface developments based on technical expertise.
Collaborates closely with various onboarding teams and external software engineers.
Documents and reports internal processes.
Requirements
2+ years of experience handling IP data.
Intermediate technical knowledge of data manipulation and methodologies
Ability to analyze and compare data, identify discrepancies or issues, and propose solutions
Proficient in Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IP, IT, or a related field
