- Be a business partner to consulting Team Leads and Managing Director for talent & staffing needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of combined experience across HR/talent and operations/staffing functions in professional services companies.
- Relevant university degree.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Able to effectively balance autonomous work with team collaboration.
- Strong sense of service and ability to thrive in multicultural environments.
- Effective business partner who builds trust naturally and handles sensitive topics with discretion.
