  • Retirement Plan Operations Specialist managing client service and administrative support to plan sponsors. Overseeing retirement plan processing, settlements, and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Leads day-to-day client service and administrative support to plan sponsors
  • Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services for retirement plan operations
  • Resolves complex account related issues and implements process changes
  • Coordinates communication between support and business functions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services industry
  • Experience in Recordkeeping (Preferably Omni Recordkeeping) systems
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services industry preferred
  • Experience with distribution and operations
