Requirements
- Completed IT-oriented education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, university or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience in the consulting and IT sector, or at least 15 years of professional experience in the consulting and IT sector
- Proven experience leading complex projects in the public sector or regulated environments
- Experience working with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall, V-Model)
- Confident presence at C-level combined with diplomatic skills in dealing with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong skills in preparing reports, status documents, and decision papers
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
