Responsibilities
Management and planning of complex development and rollout projects involving multiple institutions and decision-makers
Responsibility for subprojects and overall projects, including prioritization and cross-project coordination
Creation and maintenance of project plans, roadmaps, status reports, and medium-term planning
Development of reports for division- and directorate-level audiences (C-level)
Establishment of a comprehensive project handbook, including risk planning, cost planning, and work package specifications
Resource planning and allocation across all project phases
Primary point of contact for stakeholders and committees
Preparation of project requirements, subproject specifications, and work package allocations
Quality assurance according to the V-Model or comparable standards
Leading projects in both traditional (Waterfall) and agile environments
Design and implementation of cross-project marketing
Requirements
Completed IT-oriented education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, university or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience in the consulting and IT sector, or at least 15 years of professional experience in the consulting and IT sector
Proven experience leading complex projects in the public sector or regulated environments
Experience working with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall, V-Model)
Confident presence at C-level combined with diplomatic skills in dealing with diverse stakeholder groups
Strong skills in preparing reports, status documents, and decision papers
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
