  • Branch Manager overseeing operations for OES Equipment's Colorado Springs and Denver branches. Leading a team and managing financials in the construction equipment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Colorado Springs/Denver branches operations
  • Hire, motivate, and mentor team
  • Manage financials including cost control, billing, and collections
  • Build relationships with vendors and customers
  • Conduct cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Handle day-to-day operations including customer orders and invoicing

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of successful supervisory and business management experience
  • 1-2+ years of construction equipment and/or supplies experience
  • Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment
  • Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) preferred
  • Experience with Coupa (P2P software) preferred
