About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the North American supplier enablement strategy and roadmap across the Ivalua and Fieldglass P2P platforms
- Oversee catalog enablement, including creation, updates, punchouts, cXML integrations, and lifecycle governance
- Conduct spend analyses to identify catalog opportunities and rationalization
- Partner with Global Sourcing and Procurement Operations to streamline onboarding, optimize buying channels, and ensure data accuracy
- Define and implement optimal buying channels for contracted suppliers
- Drive supplier portal adoption through training, communication, and proactive issue resolution
- Maintain enablement playbooks, documentation, templates, and support continuous improvement through feedback, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in procurement operations, supplier enablement, P2P, supply chain management, or related functions in a global, matrixed organization
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise procurement technologies such as Ivalua, Fieldglass, Ariba, Coupa, or SAP (including catalog enablement, supplier onboarding, and buying-channel configuration)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing at senior levels
