Responsibilities

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification a plus.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environment.
Experience in tire recycling or similar heavy industry is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Hands-on experience with shredders, grinders, and other heavy industrial equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team.
Experience with work order systems and preventive maintenance programs.
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.
