About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for managing existing clients and developing new revenue in the Beauty sector. Working collaboratively with the UK commercial team for growth and excellent service in a B-Corp environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing clients to achieve budget through a sales growth strategy
  • Develop new client revenue focusing on our innovation packaging and hero product ranges
  • Work closely with existing clients to exceed budget through innovation, product growth, and accurate forecasting
  • Expand business by targeting specific UK customers and ensuring effective deployment of plans
  • Own business plans and forecasts for account portfolio
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions with key customers

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in client management (revenue owner) within the Beauty/ Cosmetics industry
  • A skilled networker with a good understanding of client markets
  • Ownership mentality with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Soft skills: analytical approach, goal-oriented, problem-solving, impactful communications, and negotiation
  • Hard skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and data analysis programs
  • Language: English (Native)
  • University degree
