Responsibilities
Identify and shape a portfolio of growth opportunities in advanced packaging and adjacent markets.
Coordinate across commercial, R&D, and operations teams to drive commercial and development opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key customers, consortia, and ecosystem partners to understand unmet needs and collaboratively develop solutions.
Lead cross-business opportunities from conception through execution, including business case development, resource alignment, and milestone tracking.
Translate customer and market needs into actionable technology development plans in collaboration with R&D, leveraging Qnity’s broad materials and process capabilities.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across Qnity’s segments to ensure cohesive execution and maximize synergies.
Represent Qnity in industry forums and contribute to shaping the company’s point of view on the future of advanced packaging and related technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging, materials, or related high-tech industries.
Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or innovation portfolio management.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
