About the role

  • HR-Generalist responsible for HR processes in the DACH region and shaping the Shared-Service-Center in Görlitz. Act as a contact for employees and management while facilitating transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for smooth HR processes across the DACH region
  • Active role in establishing the Shared Service Center in Görlitz
  • Point of contact for employees, managers and executive leadership
  • Support for transformation projects
  • Preparation and processing of contract adjustments
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing both digital and physical personnel files
  • Monthly pre- and post-processing of payroll
  • Preparation of reports and statistics
  • Recruiting at the Görlitz site and coordination of interviews

Requirements

  • Solid experience in generalist HR administration
  • Familiarity with common HR tools
  • Strong interpersonal sense and empathy
  • Sound knowledge of labor and tax law
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-initiated and quick to take on new topics
  • High focus on service quality
  • Very good German skills (C1)
  • Professional communication skills
