About the role

  • HR-Generalist managing HR processes for the DACH region while establishing a shared service center in Görlitz. Serving as the primary HR contact for staff and management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes across the entire DACH region
  • Establishing and shaping the Shared Service Center in Görlitz
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers
  • Drafting and processing contract amendments and employment certificates
  • Maintaining and managing digital and physical personnel files
  • Monthly preparation and follow-up of payroll
  • Preparing reports and statistics
  • Recruiting and coordinating interviews

Requirements

  • Solid experience in generalist HR administration for multi-site teams
  • Confident user of common HR tools
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of labor and tax law
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
  • Excellent German language skills (C1) and a confident, professional manner of expression
