About the role

  • B2B Customer Advisor handling inquiries for major client DKB in the payment sector. Involves analysis, communication, and process improvement in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and written support to DKB and respond to and coordinate all inquiries related to qards' service scope (e.g., prevention and claims management, IT, complaints, regulatory matters, etc.)
  • Analyze (new) requirements from our client and coordinate with the relevant internal departments
  • Prepare proposals, decision papers, and contract amendments in close cooperation with the specialist departments and the legal team
  • Facilitate client meetings and workshops and prepare documentation of the outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes, identify improvement opportunities in existing workflows and drive their implementation
  • Bring subject-matter expertise to cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the payments or banking sector, or in B2B customer support in related industries
  • Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, articulate and confident manner
  • Experience in process and quality management combined with good technical understanding and strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • IT affinity and experience working on projects
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
  • A clean basic police clearance certificate and a signed internal declaration confirming that your financial affairs are in order (e.g., no personal insolvency or wage garnishment).
