Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 4 years of administrative or PwC experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Managing a team by creating a positive, collaborative environment
  • Creating an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views
  • Managing staff performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Setting priorities and managing people/projects across multiple levels
  • Coaching and developing staff
  • Hiring qualified personnel and retaining top performers
  • Working independently and setting priorities with minimal supervision
  • Identifying additional opportunities for Concierge Services to assist the business
  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats
