Responsibilities
Provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients
Manage an Office building or portfolio
Responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction
Prepare budgets and financial reports
Manage Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects
Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting and financial reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
Manage lease administration processes
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
Maintain high occupancy rates by delivering superior customer service to tenants
Evaluate service contract requirements and oversee property maintenance contracts
Coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance activities, and site inspections
Handle processing and approval of accounts payable transactions
Participate in annual budget preparation and generate monthly variance reports
Supervise maintenance and administrative personnel
Requirements
5+ years of experience in property management
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a current Real Estate sales license or obtain it within six months of employment
3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations
