About the role

  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative supporting claims team at Protective. Handling claims calls and providing exceptional customer service in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to claims team by handling a large volume of claims calls and emails
  • Open new claims, collecting and reviewing all claim documents, and providing claim status updates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and carry out key administrative duties

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish Fluency to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
