Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure the efficient execution of technical, multidisciplinary projects in the naval and offshore sector.
- Act as the link between the client, technical team, and other stakeholders, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality are met with excellence.
- Define and monitor the scope through to final delivery, actively participating in proposals, planning, execution, and project control.
- Plan, coordinate, and control multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and technical standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of expectations.
- Prepare and review schedules, technical scopes, commercial proposals, and management reports.
- Manage risks and scope changes, and ensure proper technical documentation for projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Naval Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of overall experience in the naval, offshore, or engineering sectors.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating and managing technical projects in the naval, offshore, or oil & gas sectors.
- Seagoing experience or having performed technical site visits is a plus.
- Advanced English for reading technical documentation and communicating with clients and global teams.
- Active CREA registration (Regional Engineering Council).
