About the role

• Project Manager leading strategic implementations at Ploomes, the largest CRM company in Latin America. Managing projects with growing autonomy and aligning teams for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with increasing autonomy, aligning teams and ensuring strategic deliverables;
• Coordinate key meetings for implementation projects;
• Perform active risk management and facilitate communication among stakeholders;
• Align the client's Objectives and Success Criteria;
• Manage internal teams;
• Take responsibility for organizing and structuring the projects under your oversight;
• Ensure visibility of deliverables to the client;
• Create the project schedule;
• Ensure deadlines are met;
• Act as intermediary between the project team and the client, engaging them when necessary;
• Make strategic decisions for the project;
• Orchestrate project completion by involving the right people at the right time and making the right decisions.

Requirements

• Understanding of project management;
• Ability to set priorities and solve problems;
• Sense of urgency and ownership mindset;
• Leadership, organization, discipline, empathy, and communication;
• Aptitude for strategic analysis;
• Strong writing skills;
• Comfort with logical reasoning;
• Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK and SCRUM;
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or other organizational and management tools;
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
