About the role

  • Project Analyst enhancing project execution and methodologies at inpEV focused on sustainable logistics and agricultural packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the role of the Project Leader, provide agile responses to project impediments, and improve the organization's established project methodology.
  • Guide and support Project Leaders in project management and execution, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a mentor for Project Leaders and junior and mid-level Project Analysts.
  • Continuously monitor ongoing projects to proactively identify blockers and risks.
  • Implement quick and effective solutions to remove impediments, involving the necessary stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiation between departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Develop, review and continuously improve project management methodologies and processes.
  • Implement training programs, workshops and courses to disseminate methodologies and best practices across the project team.
  • Ensure continuous adoption and adaptation of methodologies in response to project needs and feedback.
  • Establish and maintain performance indicators and benchmarks to assess project quality and progress.
  • Prepare detailed status reports, identifying progress, risks, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Organize project review meetings and project committee sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project objectives.
  • Support the execution of inpEV's innovation projects in the role of PMO:
  • Comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management System, as well as related policies, procedures and instructions;
  • Contribute to pollution prevention and the sustainable use of natural resources;
  • Participate in promoted environmental awareness actions and training sessions;
  • Report environmental deviations, incidents or emergencies;

Requirements

  • Required education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Preferred education: Postgraduate degree in Project Management
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Office, MS Project or SPM (ServiceNow), administrative routines, PMBOK and Kanban.
