About the role

Responsibilities

  • Professional, service-oriented handling of customer calls and messages
  • Competent advice and comprehensive support for customers with questions about products, services and processes
  • Careful recording and continuous updating of customer data in our systems

Requirements

  • Existing training or experience will be applied as required and further developed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and ideally in additional languages
  • Friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with new product ranges and systems
  • Team player with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment
