Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and recording inquiries: You act as the customers' first point of contact, record their requests and forward matters for further handling.
  • Offering service products: You provide customers with a variety of service offerings and reliably process different types of payment transactions.
  • Handling routine customer inquiries: You answer straightforward customer questions and process their orders quickly and accurately.
  • Escalating complex issues: You forward more complex customer matters to the appropriate departments or specialists for further processing.
  • Supporting service advisors: You assist the service advisors with their administrative tasks and help ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Team player rather than a lone operator
  • Successfully completed commercial training or qualification as a bank clerk (m/f/d); ideally with some initial professional experience
  • Strong professional expertise and proof of continuing education in accordance with the EU Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD)
  • Service-oriented with the ability to address individual customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Proactive, committed and flexible; possession of a Class B driving licence
