Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in downstream product management or product marketing role, demonstrating career progression within a marketing-related position
Demonstrated experience in the field of Urology
Experience marketing directly to surgeons, hospital executives, and patients
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead large, highly cross-functional teams
Enthusiasm to work within an undefined space and ability to create clear objectives and milestones
Professional work ethic, high capacity, and ability to operate independently
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
