About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing dedicated administrative support at Prime Therapeutics. Managing schedules, travel and office duties for leaders in a pharmacy benefit management setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a leader and/or department at Prime
  • Manage calendar(s) as assigned and ensure adherence to scheduled appointments
  • Coordinate travel on behalf of leaders or team members
  • Coordinate team meetings and/or conferences
  • Document and maintain policies, procedures and other necessary reporting or presentations
  • Support department with general office duties and special projects
  • Track and process department invoices and expenses
  • Capture and distribute meeting minutes at leadership and/or staff meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED is required
  • May have no prior experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite of programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information and materials
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively find solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously in a changing and dynamic work environment
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience creating spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
  • Experience using Visio
  • Previous experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management or Managed Care environment
