About the role

  • Administrative Assistant contributing to legal tasks within the Chamber of Agriculture in Haute-Vienne. Assisting with document preparation and legal procedures while ensuring confidentiality and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to members of the legal team (advisers and managers): drafting, formatting and following up on legal documents
  • Prepare case files and monitor legal formalities
  • Monitor deadlines and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to Advisers: handling incoming mail and emails
  • Contribute to the roll-out of services offered by the Chamber
  • Perform secretarial duties for the legal team: in-person and telephone reception
  • Direct inquiries
  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Proofread minutes and presentations
  • Prepare and track invoicing

Requirements

  • Secretarial training required
  • Proven skills in secretarial work and administrative assistance
  • Essential knowledge of legal matters and/or the agricultural sector
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills, rigor and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong writing skills and impeccable written expression
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage stress
  • Proven proficiency with office software
  • Previous successful experience in a similar role preferred
