About the role

  • Juridique Assistant in hybrid role at SAFTI managing legal documentations and supporting daily team operations. Organization and detail orientation are key for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the management, filing and archiving of legal documents
  • Contribute to updating documentation
  • Process mail and emails
  • Organize the department’s schedule: meetings, trainings, etc.
  • Provide versatile support to the legal team in its daily tasks (GDPR)
  • Prepare purchase orders and invoices
  • Ensure follow-up on legal billing

Requirements

  • Organized, meticulous and autonomous, you demonstrate strong reliability in handling files
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable supporting a range of stakeholders
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail in document formatting
  • Excellent spelling and written communication
  • Previous successful experience in real estate
  • Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3 or equivalent) in administration
