Responsibilities
You will support the creation and management of performance campaigns on Amazon, Meta, and Google — from setup and testing to optimization.
You will analyze campaign KPIs, identify patterns, and derive concrete improvements.
You will develop new ideas, test boldly, and help us capitalize on trends early.
You will conduct smaller market and competitor analyses and help us use our advertising budget more smartly.
Requirements
Some experience in performance marketing is a plus — internships, university projects, or personal ad campaigns are all sufficient.
You are comfortable with KPIs, data, and numbers and want to understand why something works.
Excel or Google Sheets are not foreign words to you.
Basic knowledge of Meta, Google, or Amazon Ads is desirable. A willingness to learn is required.
You take responsibility and are proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do.
You have a good instinct for advertising — a mix of analytical and creative thinking.
You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with design, content, and product teams.
You are reliable, motivated, and want to grow both personally and professionally.
You can work at least 15 hours per week.
