About the role

  • Sales Associate responsible for managing sales activities at Tresorit. Engaging with prospects and driving customer adoption on a secure collaboration platform.

Responsibilities

  • Prefilter, qualify, contact new marketing generated leads, help them with trial signup and hand over to Customer Success Manager/Sales Manager.
  • Proactively drive pipeline growth through targeted outbound outreach, engaging and qualifying prospects via phone, email, and social selling efforts.
  • Own outbound prospecting efforts by researching target accounts and conducting multi-channel outreach to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Keep SLAs related to marketing generated leads, follow the sales sequence activities with personalized and automated messaging
  • Prefilter, qualify, contact individual Tresorit users with enterprise potential and generate interest for Tresorit for business use.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential customers.
  • Track the leads, and maintain accurate log information in Salesforce and follow up regularly.
  • Work together with marketing team on assets needed for the role.
  • Answer customer enquiries in the shared sales inbox.
  • Assist on various tasks in Sales Manager’s absence.
  • Participate and represent Tresorit in events.
  • Enable successful roll-out of Tresorit to customer employees, including sharing and developing relevant creative assets, brainstorming ideas, and supporting the deployment virtually or in person.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence our sales process and product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a Sales, Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, Support or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience working with business customers, SaaS experience is an advantage
  • Business and revenue focus; experience in outbound sales/outreach
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Excellent English, proficiency in German, Spanish or French is an advantage
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • Comfort in a startup environment: we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive attitude

  • Educated to degree level preferred but not essential
