- Gestão operacional da célula de SDR
- Coordenar a rotina diária e semanal do time (dailies, follow-ups, pipeline review e coaching 1:1).
- Garantir disciplina de execução: cadências, tarefas, qualidade das mensagens e gestão de tempo.
- Distribuir e priorizar a carteira de leads (inbound e outbound) conforme ICP e estratégia.
- Monitorar produtividade e performance individual, atuando rapidamente em gargalos.
- Qualificação de leads e geração de reuniões de qualidade.
- Definir e implementar critérios objetivos de ICP, fit e reunião qualificada.
- Garantir que todo SQL tenha contexto completo.
- Auditar ligações, conversas, e-mails e registros no CRM.
- Reduzir devoluções por falhas de qualificação e aumentar a taxa de aceite pelo time Comercial.
- Atuar como guardião(ã) dos processos no HubSpot.
- Estruturar e manter: Pipeline de qualificação;
- Construir e evoluir cadências multicanal por persona e estágio.
- Conduzir o “contrato de trabalho” entre SDR e Vendas.
- Proteger o time de SDR de ruídos.
- Recrutar, treinar e desenvolver SDRs (onboarding estruturado e ramp-up).
Requirements
- Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Comunicação, Marketing, Comercial ou áreas relacionadas;
- Forte orientação a dados, sem perder o olhar comercial e humano.
- Comunicação clara, postura consultiva e foco em melhoria contínua.
- Experiência coordenando ou liderando célula de SDR (inbound e outbound), preferencialmente B2B.
- Forte vivência com HubSpot (Sales Hub).
