Responsibilities
Plan, execute and monitor behavioral and leadership development programs aligned with business needs;
Conduct development diagnostics (tactical and operational), analyze needs and support the definition of solutions that fit team realities;
Design, implement and maintain development tracks and journeys (in-person, online and hybrid);
Track participant progress and program metrics, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements;
Facilitate trainings, workshops and alignment meetings, connecting content to business practice;
Create, update and organize educational materials, content and documents for development initiatives;
Act as a guardian of the company culture and values, ensuring tools and rituals for their application in daily work;
Connect culture, strategy and business through rituals, practices, behavioral frameworks and engagement initiatives;
Support and strengthen actions such as onboarding of new hires, management rituals, cultural campaigns and engagement initiatives;
Co-create actions that reinforce belonging, collaboration, psychological safety and shared responsibility;
Translate topics such as competencies, culture and agreements into messages applicable to the operation and leadership routines;
Support the execution of the Evaluation and Development Cycle, ensuring understanding, clarity and smoothness for leaders and employees;
Contribute to career, succession and performance management initiatives by organizing materials, facilitating conversations and tracking indicators;
Monitor internal surveys (climate, eNPS, pulse), analyze data and suggest action plans;
Support strategic People & Culture projects, ensuring consistency across processes, culture and business needs;
Create clear, didactic and human-centered content for development programs;
Support communications for learning and culture initiatives, ensuring accessible language appropriate to the operating reality;
Collaborate with Internal Communications and Learning teams to align schedules, messaging and area campaigns;
