Responsibilities
Lead strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of HRIS platforms
Oversee HRIS architecture, integrations, and system upgrades
Ensure data governance, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations
Partner with IT to manage system security, access controls, and technical integrations
Build and lead the organization’s people analytics function
Develop and improve workforce dashboards, predictive analytics models, and executive reports
Provide insights into key HR metrics
Translate HR data into actionable recommendations for leadership
Manage vendor relationships and HR technology roadmaps
Drive automation and digital transformation within HR operations
Lead and develop an HRIS team of managers, analysts, data analysts, and technology specialists
Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and executive leadership
Requirements
Typically 10+ years including 5+ years of management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
