About the role
- Director responsible for leading the HRIS and people analytics strategy at Avnet. Collaboration with HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to improve data-driven decisions and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of HRIS platforms
- Oversee HRIS architecture, integrations, and system upgrades
- Ensure data governance, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations
- Partner with IT to manage system security, access controls, and technical integrations
- Build and lead the organization’s people analytics function
- Develop and improve workforce dashboards, predictive analytics models, and executive reports
- Provide insights into key HR metrics
- Translate HR data into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and HR technology roadmaps
- Drive automation and digital transformation within HR operations
- Lead and develop an HRIS team of managers, analysts, data analysts, and technology specialists
