Responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap for Partner Powered Wallet solutions, aligning with enterprise goals and market dynamics.
Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow wallet adoption across skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior housing, and other post-acute settings.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Drive new business development and manage existing accounts, tailoring partner solutions to meet client needs.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners to expand wallet capabilities and drive mutual growth.
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and technology teams to deliver seamless partner experiences and maximize customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering professional development and high performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech, or partner-driven solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in healthcare or post-acute markets.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
