About the role

• Director of Leasing overseeing all leasing activities at Centurion Asset Management. Responsible for managing relationships and operations to achieve leasing targets in a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Supervise the daily operations of the Leasing teams.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Centurion-owned and operated properties.
• Conduct property visits and implement strategies to address leasing challenges.
• Analyze weekly traffic reports to identify leasing opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field;
• Minimum 8 years experience marketing with a focus on leasing within the real estate and/or investment industries;
• No less than 3 years’ experience managing and leading a team;
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing/advertising strategies for a national portfolio;
• Well-connected in the marketing industry;
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills;
• Strong project management skills;
• Excellent command of MS Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, CMS, and HTML.
