About the role

  • Sales Account Executive managing relationships with clients to grow sales at PNC's Linga organization. Focus on client engagement and consultative support with a strategic dialogue approach.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals
  • Identifies client requirements and recommends appropriate services
  • Analyzes information and applies critical thinking skills to design and/or execute client solutions
  • Provides sales or consultative support to clients
  • Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs
  • Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification
  • Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience
  • Responds to customer inquiries on internal products, services and processing activities for the industry
  • Works with various sales channels to facilitate the prompt referral of leads beyond the target market
