Responsibilities
Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals
Identifies client requirements and recommends appropriate services
Analyzes information and applies critical thinking skills to design and/or execute client solutions
Provides sales or consultative support to clients
Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs
Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification
Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience
Responds to customer inquiries on internal products, services and processing activities for the industry
Works with various sales channels to facilitate the prompt referral of leads beyond the target market
