Associate Marketing Excellence Manager supporting execution and optimization of marketing campaigns in beverage alcohol sector. Ensuring smooth operations and process efficiency for Alberta and West markets.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and supporting retail and on-premise marketing campaigns
Coordinate production and distribution of POS materials, displays and promotional assets
Ensure campaigns are executed on time and in compliance with retailer requirements
Liaise with retail partners, agencies and vendors to manage timelines, approvals and deliverables
Support the development and documentation of workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Assist with implementation of marketing automation tools
Partner with brand, sales and trade marketing to align shopper marketing with broader business objectives and ensure consistency with particular focus on supporting Alberta and West markets
Help track marketing spend and ensure projects remain within budget.
Support resource allocation and vendor invoicing processes.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1-2 years shopper marketing, customer marketing or sales experience
Previous CPG | Beverage Alcohol Industry Experience
On Premise experience highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships at multiple levels - internally and externally
Strong project, time management, ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Passionate and keenly interested in the beverage alcohol industry.
High energy and results oriented.
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
