About the role

  • Sales role specializing in selling Ploomes CRM systems to sales teams. Focused on presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups for closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • We're looking for someone who loves sales enough to work in sales. That is: selling a sales system to salespeople. It's clear we are only at the beginning of significant growth, so ambition is essential for this position.
  • Deliver presentations of the Ploomes platform (tailored to each client's scenario — segment, pain points, processes);
  • Prepare, present, and send commercial proposals;
  • Follow up on opportunities in the pipeline;
  • Negotiate commercial terms to close deals.

Requirements

  • Be a challenger: aligned with the “Challenger” profile from the book The Challenger Sale. If you haven't read it yet, you don't know what you're missing;
  • Be ambitious: continuous development is required;
  • Be resilient: in sales there is no 100% conversion rate. Losses are just steps toward closures;
  • Have strong communication: absorb and convey information in a didactic and efficient manner.
  • Experience with CRM;
  • Experience with ERP;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in commercializing/selling SaaS.
  • Availability for occasional client visits.
