Responsibilities
Atender leads cualificados (SDR / Marketing / canales propios) y cerrar en la misma interacción cuando proceda.
Realizar demos rápidas y centradas en ROI (20-30 min), adaptadas a autónomos y pymes.
Gestionar un alto volumen de leads manteniendo pipeline limpio y forecast fiable en HubSpot.
Negociar con agilidad y manejar objeciones para convertir dudas en compromiso.
Facilitar onboarding mínimo viable (setup + primer pago) en la interacción inicial cuando sea posible.
Registrar toda la actividad y datos en el CRM; colaborar con SDR, CS y Marketing para mejorar conversión y reducir churn.
Proponer mejoras en playbooks, scripts y procesos de checkout/onboarding.
Requirements
+3 años vendiendo a SMB / PYMEs / Independientes (B2P) o en segmentos con tickets bajos y ciclos cortos.
Historial demostrado de cierre rápido , idealmente con ejemplos de cierre en la misma llamada y métricas claras (quota attainment, % same-call).
Excluyente: Inglés a nivel profesional (capaz de hacer demo y negociar en inglés).
Dominio funcional de HubSpot y experiencia en reporting/forecast.
Mentalidad hunter, orientada a volumen y resultados.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y manejo de objeciones.
