Responsibilities
Lead and manage content strategy for Plaud’s product and AI ecosystem across global channels.
Translate complex product features into clear, engaging, and educational narratives.
Align product messaging with content calendars, editorial briefs, and creative guidelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, IMC, and Copywriting teams to ensure consistency.
Use AI and analytics tools to plan, optimize, and scale content performance across markets.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or brand storytelling within tech, SaaS, or AI-driven industries.
Strong understanding of product narratives, user education, and multi-channel content operations.
Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity and tone.
Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams.
Fluent in English, with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency
Experience in AI, productivity tools, consumer electronics, or software product launches.
Familiarity with content analytics and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with AI and collaboration tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Figma, etc.)
Passion for shaping the future of human–AI collaboration.
Strong understanding of content strategy, planning, and editorial operations across multi-channel campaigns.
Ability to translate complex hardware, AI, and software concepts into clear, engaging, and structured narratives.
Skilled in managing content calendars, editorial briefs, and tone governance.
Experience using AI and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Figma) for workflow and ideation.
Basic proficiency in content analytics or SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track performance and optimize storytelling.
Excellent cross-functional communicator — comfortable working with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams.
Strong editorial judgment with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple timelines simultaneously.
Proactive self-starter with a passion for simplifying complex ideas.
