About the role

  • Head de Product Marketing leading product positioning and go-to-market strategies for digital health solutions at Afya, enhancing user experience and market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing research (quantitative and qualitative), competitive analysis, and JTBD.
  • Define positioning and messaging per product/persona.
  • Create and govern plans, bundles, and proposals to expand the value proposition.
  • Lead a continuous and assertive strategy to introduce new products to the right customers.
  • Structure processes, taxonomies, naming, asset library, dashboards, and claims governance.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Product Marketing for digital B2B Enterprise, SMB, and B2C products.
  • Proven track record in defining pricing, bundles, and launch strategies.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Proven experience leading PMM teams, focusing on positioning the area as an investment (not a cost).
  • Experience connecting Product Marketing deliverables to direct business outcomes and metrics.
  • Tools: CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar), advanced Excel, BI (Power BI, Tableau or Looker), AI solutions, and competitive intelligence tools.
  • Skills: strategic vision, leadership, results orientation, data analysis, clear communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Differentials: courses or certifications in Product Marketing, Product, Data Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
