About the role

  • Join Planner5D as an HR Generalist, managing employee life cycles and enhancing team culture. Collaborate in a tech company focused on innovation and human-centered values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding and offboarding (via Hibob & Slack).
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
  • Conduct OKR sessions, end of probation reviews, 1-1s, and exit interviews to improve retention.
  • Oversee automation across the employee lifecycle (performance reviews, L&D, etc.) while adding a personal touch.
  • Analyze employee data and recommend improvements.
  • Plan internal/external corporate events to strengthen culture and gather feedback to improve employee engagement.
  • Promote effective communication through All-hands sessions and Confluence content updates.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and goal setting.
  • Collect feedback and suggest L&D and workplace improvements.
  • Analyze feedback trends to identify organizational challenges.
  • Propose and support improvements to team structures, processes, and collaboration.
  • Drive cross-company people initiatives to improve culture, productivity, and engagement.
  • Manage people data, documents, and electronic requests via HiBob, Confluence, Slack, and Google tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Own and update the list of employee benefits and assist with related inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a product or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and organizational development.
  • Experience administering HRIS (HiBob is a plus) and a knack for using various tools (AI, survey forms, spreadsheets) to manage the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent in-person communication and a proven track record of building cross-functional relationships. We value empathy and a deep understanding of human behavior.
  • Autonomy: Highly autonomous, able to simultaneously perform multiple tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Mindset: Proactively identify areas for improvement and take initiative to achieve results.
  • Expertise in both office and remote team settings.
  • Working languages: English & Russian. You will be working with a diverse team where both languages are key to building deep connections and understanding cultural nuances.
