Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that elevate Plaid’s brand in the credit space—spanning thought leadership, partner activations, and product storytelling.
Deepen Plaid’s presence in credit communities through partnerships, events, and content that position Plaid as a thought leader and trusted partner.
Collaborate with Product, Growth/Channel Marketing, Comms, and Design to translate Plaid’s credit product strategy into compelling narratives and creative assets that resonate across each target audience segment.
Drive partner and customer marketing initiatives that celebrate success stories, amplify ecosystem value, and strengthen relationships.
Use data and feedback to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies that grow awareness, engagement, and preference for Plaid’s credit solutions.
Develop compelling sales enablement materials tailored to the unique needs of different target customer segments.
Serve as a creative thought leader within the team, pushing the boundaries of how Plaid tells its story through design, narrative, and brand experience.
Requirements
8+ years of experience with 5+ years in product marketing or other strategic GTM role at a B2B software company. Credit/Lending experience strongly preferred.
Outstanding written, storytelling and visual communication skills – comfortable developing marketing and sales content that resonates with lenders.
Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Desire to engage deeply with cross-functional partners across Revenue, Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering – and build an in-depth understanding of how our solutions work and deliver customers value.
