About the role

  • General Manager overseeing operations and team management for PXG retail stores. Focusing on customer experience, sales, and operational excellence in golf retail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Oversee the custom club fitting process, ensuring personalized service.
  • Manage the apparel sales segment, including inventory management and merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure customer interactions reflect PXG’s commitment to excellence.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and manage store budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the golf industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of custom club fitting processes, golf equipment, and apparel trends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in retail management software and MS Office applications.
  • Certifications: Must possess a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.
