Talent Manager for Splay One managing relationships and commercial opportunities for creators in Finland. Located in Stockholm and collaborating with a Nordic network.
Responsibilities
Building strong, trust-based relationships with talents in the network
Identifying and developing new commercial and creative opportunities for creators
Actively contributing to brand building and career development for talents
Scouting, recruiting, and onboarding new creators to the network
Working closely with sales, production, and project managers to ensure successful campaigns
Participating in and organizing events, meetings, and gatherings for creators and partners
Contributing to increased revenue for creators in our network
Requirements
Fluent in Finnish and English. (Swedish is a big plus)
Strong understanding of social media, especially YouTube.
A strong interest in popular culture, digital trends, and the influencer industry
Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results
Relevant education or experience in digital marketing, communication, social media, sales, or project management
Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, and preferably insight into lifestyle content, e-sports, gaming, or livestreaming
The ability to build trust, develop relationships, and drive processes forward
A structured and self-driven work style, combined with strong collaboration skills
Experience with branding, including development and commercial processes such as pitching and sales
Preferably experience as a Talent Manager or from working in management
